In-conversation sessions in support of our exhibition “A Year in Aotearoa:” New Zealand Geographic photographer of the year.

As a communication tool they cut through barriers, often providing visibility to unseen images and representations of our world – from the plight of our planet to harrowing human experiences. Images can elicit strong feelings in its viewers that are so impactful, they can bring about real action and social change. This in-conversation session explores photography as advocacy and change.
