Located at the end of the Museum, you'll find several interactive games for children to learn about boat design and sailing in America's Cup.
Family FAQs
We have 2 fully equipped baby changing facilities located inside our accessible toilets, located at the bottom of both our main stairwells.
Play Vessels: Located on the concourse, the mini waka and mini brigantine are perfect spaces for under-sixes to test out their imaginary sea legs.
Sustainability Area: Located at the top of the first staircase, this is an open and interactive space for families to learn about plastic waste
Fishing Gallery: Located inside Kiwis and the Coast Gallery, here you'll find an interactive fishing game for children to play while learning about sustainable fishing
Rocking Cabin: Step inside our 1840s replica ship's cabin and test your sea legs in the New Beginnings Gallery
For pushchairs and prams, there is an elevator located in the entry plaza and a large ramp in the Blue Water Black Magic Gallery at the other end.
